ABOUT THIS BOOK:
This unit on "Healing Miracles of Jesus" add-on lesson we find that
Jesus performed many miracles during His earthly ministry.
He healed the blind, the crippled, the bleeding, the deaf, paralyzed and the leprous.
Learners will first and foremost learn what a miracle is and how Jesus is capable of
healing all sickness and disease. But do young children really understand what it means
to be deaf, blind or crippled?
This unit will give them the opportunity to briefly experience
what it’s like when the body does not function properly.
They will be challenged to accept others who have physical weaknesses or abnormalities.
This unit uses medical supplies, first aid, walking aids, and medical professionals to teach how sometimes
our bodies need extra assistance.
This is a good opportunity to stress how going to Doctor’s visits and taking medicine
keep our bodies functioning properly.
