ABOUT THIS BOOK:
This unit on "Numbers" add-on lesson the Numbers are introduced in
the Carpenter’s Kids Curriculum two per month but there is no specific lesson written for the numbers.
This unit on numbers focuses on numbers as a whole and concentrates on things in our world that
involve numbers.
We see the use of numbers in telephones, addresses, time, temperature, price tags, measurement, etc.
The cool thing about this lesson is that it lists many stories from Scripture where numbers were
important.
God created in seven days; the walls of Jericho fell after seven days; Jesus was tempted
for forty days; He arose on the third day. The Bible speaks of ten plagues, ten commandments,
twelve tribes and twelve Apostles.
During this lesson, Learners will be exposed to numbers everywhere. The will see them, sing about them, read of them, play games with them, count them, add them and even eat them.
